The growing movement towards community, and creating reciprocal value for everyone within that community, is one of the important trends we’re seeing emerge through COVID. The ability of collaborative commerce to bring partner brands inside a secure ecosystem, to trade and exchange value, is how astute businesses can create new value, deepen existing relationships and build more loyal consumers.
